NOW OFFERED AT THE SENDI COSMETIC SURGERY CENTER!
The refresh you didn't know was possible...
Women's body's change with age; additional decline in feminine health may also be caused by two major events in a woman's life: Childbirth and menopause. Sendi Center is excited to offer diVa, a breakthrough laser procedure designed to address aging vaginal tissue.
diVa utilizes the world’s first and only revolutionary Hybrid Fractional Laser (HFL) technology, the same technology we use during our Halo Pro procedure that our patients love for resurfacing their skin. HFL technology allows your clinician to customize your treatments to improve the quality of your vaginal tissue. Through a diVa treatment, you may notice a tightening in the vaginal canal, improved vaginal lubrication, an improvement in urine leakage with exercise, coughing or sneezing. Uncomfortable vaginal canal scars from childbirth are also sometimes improved.
A diVa treatment takes about 3-5 minutes. During your treatment, the specially designed diVa handpiece is carefully positioned within the vaginal canal using a comfortably designed single-use quartz dilator. Once inserted, the handpiece rotates throughout the treatment area administering laser energy with high precision... allowing for safer, more efficient, comfortable outcomes.

Who is an ideal candidate for diVa?
Women that have had children, or are experiencing menopause may be interested in a resurfacing treatment to improve the quality of their vaginal tissue, lubrication, and improved sensation.
Women that may leak urine during exercise, coughing, or laughing (stress incontinence) may notice an improvement in these symptoms.
How long does a procedure take?
diVa’s ergonomic design allows for comfortable, fast and easy treatments. Each procedure takes 3 to 5 minutes to treat the full length of a vaginal canal.
How many treatments are recommended?
It is recommended to have 3 treatments every 4 to 6 weeks for maximum results. A maintenance treatment once a year is beneficial and recommended.
What do patients experience during the treatment?
You may experience a slight pressure against the vaginal wall during the diVa treatment, and some patients may experience increased sensitivity near the vaginal opening. diVa laser therapy is fast with minimal discomfort.
What do patients experience in the next 48 hours after treatment?
You may return to your daily routine with minimal to no discharge, spotting, or discomfort; however, you should avoid sexual intercourse, tampons, or any insertion into the vagina for up to 48 hours.
Is anesthesia necessary?
No, diVa is an in-office treatment. Topical anesthetic gel is applied prior to the procedure to increase your comfort, but is not necessary.
